This Privacy Policy explains how NIMMA INNOVATIONS LLC ("Slidz," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Slidz mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Slidz, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

• Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you register or sign in to Slidz.
• User-generated content: the topics, prompts, and other inputs you provide, and the slide decks and content generated from them.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use Slidz, we and our service providers (including Stripe for payment processing) may automatically collect standard technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general usage activity within the app, to the extent made available through normal app operation and service analytics.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Generate slide decks from your prompts and topics;
• Create and manage your account;
• Process and manage subscriptions;
• Respond to support requests sent to support@slidz.org; and
• Improve, troubleshoot, and develop new features for the Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• AI processing: the topics and prompts you submit are sent to our third-party AI provider, fal.ai, to generate slide content and images. fal.ai processes this information on our behalf to power the Service.
• Payment processing: subscriptions and payments are processed through Stripe. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Service providers: we may share information with vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Slidz, our users, or others.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your account information and User Content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

Children's Privacy

Slidz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. International Data Transfers

Slidz is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. The "Effective date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
