Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Slidz mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by NIMMA INNOVATIONS LLC ("Slidz," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Slidz. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Description of the Service

Slidz is a mobile-first AI presentation tool that lets you generate complete slide decks by entering a topic. The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate slide content, layouts, and images based on your input. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time.

Accounts

To use certain features of Slidz, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slidz.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Slidz offers a free tier and paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds and billing inquiries are handled in accordance with our policies; payment card details are collected and processed securely by Stripe, and Slidz does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.

User Content

"User Content" means any topics, prompts, text, images, or other material you submit to Slidz, and the slide decks generated from them. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Slidz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use it solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.

AI-Generated Content

Slide decks and related content generated through Slidz are created using artificial intelligence, including third-party AI model providers such as fal.ai. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to existing works. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or distributing it to others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• (b) submit prompts or content intended to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing material;
• (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code of the Service;
• (d) scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use;
• (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Intellectual Property

The Slidz application, including its design, branding, trademarks, software, and underlying technology (excluding your User Content), is owned by NIMMA INNOVATIONS LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Slidz relies on third-party services to operate, including fal.ai for AI-powered content and image generation, and Stripe for payment processing and billing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using Slidz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions of these Terms (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIMMA INNOVATIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIMMA INNOVATIONS LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. The "Effective date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
